More Decorating Day Dreams

I am still day dreaming about turning our dining room into a reading room.  We moved the love seat in and folded up the table for Christmas and it was beautiful.  I think I'm going make a slip cover for my love seat like this one from Bibbidi Bobbidi Beautiful:

My neice-in-love posted a link on Pinterest to make slip covers from drop cloths and that sounds like just the right amount of money, weight, and washability for me.  It links to a great tutorial on Miss Mustard Seed.

I am currently working on an afghan to go in this room.  I got it from Coco Rose Diaries and it is absolutely lovely.  Hers looks like this:

It's so fun to daydream!  And since I am recovering from a hysterectomy (4 weeks out), daydreaming will be all I do for awhile.

But when I am well, watch out sitting room!  Here I come!
